It is an OK park. Sites are gravel. Lots of dust. Staff is helpful. We were told the park in under new management. CO does not have many nice parks so this one is one of the best of the group. We will return here.

Nice park. The area is very dusty so the coach got very dusty. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, this park is one of the better ones in this part of the country. We will return to this park.

Park is nice. We spent 3 days. The sites are close. The interior roads are narrow and hard to navigate with cars parked in front of the sites. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will return here again.

If any park is designated a 10, this one is. It is a beautiful place to stay. We stayed here a week. It is in a centralized location for all the day trips. It has long paved sites. The sites are not jammed together. I hope all the new parks in the future use this park as a model. It is truly a "resort".

Nice little park. Several permanents, but all very well kept. 1.2 miles off I-12. Propane on site, easy access. Staff was great. Escort to site. We use Verizon aircard. Signal was good. Will stay here again when in the area.

Neat little park. On site owner is wonderful. He is a retired commercial landscaper and it shows. Lots of restaurant around. For seafood, "Aw Shuck" a must! We will stay here the next were are in the area. We use Verizon aircard. Signal was good.

OK for overnight stay. A little pricey but such is KOA. Nicest park in area. We will stay here each time we go thru Little Rock. The staff is very helpful.

Price is $10. unless you are having warranty work. Our stay was free. An OK place to stay while having service to our coach. Staff if very helpful and friendly. While we were in Red Bay, it was extremely cold. Water to the sites had been cut off. They had water available to fill our tank. No cable, No local channels available. Not a lot to do around Red Bay. Not a lot of choices for eating. We use Verizon aircard. Signal was good.

Awesome Park!! We stayed on a lake front lot. We came in for two days and stayed 10 days. Close to beach and shopping. Staff is wonderful. They will take care of any needs you have. The park has every amenity you will need. We hope all new parks in the future use Bella Terra's plan. Awesome camping experience! We will be back.

Great news! Sunset Point has new management and managers. We have been visiting there several times a year and loved everything about the park except the attitude of the manager. Now the park is perfect!! The view, the RV sites, the sunsets, and the managers.
